About the position There is now an opportunity for exciting, shorter assignments in reception and office services! We are looking for skilled service stars who are ready to quickly start with some of our clients in the real estate industry and shopping centers. You will work in social environments with wonderful colleagues, on assignments where service and a cheerful demeanor are in focus! If you have a pronounced sense of service and want to take on new challenges, this is a perfect opportunity to get your foot in the door with one of our fantastic clients.

Your tasks include, among other things:

  • Being the face of the company and welcoming guests by delivering world-class service

  • Handling phone calls and emails

  • Contact with suppliers

  • Administrative tasks

  • Bookings and orders

  • Mail and package handling

  • Acting as a mood manager and taking care of both visitors and employees

About the employment The position is a temporary job starting immediately with the possibility of extension. There is an opportunity to work full-time or part-time for shorter or longer periods. The working hours are usually office hours but will be adjusted according to the client's needs. In some roles, evening and weekend work may also occur. Who are you? Requirements

  • Experience from previous work in service

  • High school diploma or higher

  • Experience with the Office suite and other systems is an advantage

  • Fluent in Swedish and good knowledge of English
